Ok, this is what I was doing.
I was in Post Sale, Unsold items, getting things ready for September (FREE listing and all you know). I was on page 2 or 3 of my unsold items, clicked the items I planned to schedule for a September launch date. I clicked them and got a message that said something about they have already been relisted and could not be relisted.
Next think I know is I get 48 emails from ebay. They all listed!
Now, I have emailed ebay about deleting the auctions and getting a refund from them for listing fees.
How do I get a refund from AW for these 48 auctions?
I can supply you a list if you'd like.
PLEASE HELP!
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Auctions are all about 2 people wanting 1 item. The trick is having it listed when the 2 bidders are looking.

Hi RichieRich,
You may request a refund through our refund request form, available at this URL:
https://secure.auctionwatch.com/my/acct/request_refund.html
The URL can be found on our site by clicking the "Got questions about this statement?" link on your statement. We will be handling refunds on a case-by-case basis, so you will need to be as clear and concise in detailing the problem as possible.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

The items have not even posted to my statement yet.
How long does that take?

Hi RichieRich,
Unfortunately, since you have to enter in a reference ID number and each listing has a seperate one, you will need to fill it out 48 times. Your statement should update within 24 hours so just keep checking back for the latest information.

ABSOLUTELY NO WAY!
48 times, can't I just email someone the info and have this corrected.
Besides I am not so worried aabout the $2.40 you guy will chage me and my time is worth more then that as I am as to why this happened. Are you even checking into that?!
The message I received said they would not relist and low and behold they did. Some even listed twice!
Ebay has already taken care of they piece. Why can't AW? Are you banking on the fact that users will not take an hour of time to get back 2 bucks? This is not right! Your system errored last night and now I am paying for it.
Please have someone in accounting call or email me. Yes, I would like my $2.40 refund but there is no way I will spend another hour on this AW created problem to get it.
If you'd like my phone number email me.
I do expect to hear via phone or email from someone within the next 4 hours.

Finally, they are posted.
Now how can I email or speak to someone in billing?
I requested a call or email from them in this thread back on the 29th. Still not a word.
I am waiting. I'd like this matter corrected before being charged for it.
Thanks,

Sonya,
Do you realize users like me are sitting here reading this thread and just shaking their head in disbelief?? To get no cooperation from AW for a SPECIAL problem just really amazes me. It is a slap in the face for AW to force this customer to fill out the refund request form 48 times, that is ABSURD!!. And statements such as yours below only makes you wonder what in the world is going on at AW.
"Your statement should update within 24 hours so just keep checking back for the latest information." And then..."Your statement should be updated with these charges within the next couple days."
The next customer to say Goodbye,
Billy

For those of you AW members that might be reading this
I sent AW an email last night. I did hear from billing this morning. This is what the email said - "We apologize for not getting back to you in a more timely manner. Our
system is built to issue refunds one at a time based on reference IDs.
Currently there is no way to enter a refund request for a large batch of
ref IDs at one time. We realize that this is an inconvenience.
I am going to take this matter up with my manager to see if there is
something we can do for you in this instance. I will contact you later
today after our conversation."
I have heard nothing more. All this over $2.40. I am beginning to wonder. This is the first credit I have ever requested, so it is not like I make a habit of it. I am on the power plan and have been since AW started charging. I like AW but come on...all this time for $2.40!

I was just curious and read your thread.
Their response is pokey "will check with my manager to see if there is something we can do"!
They can easily send you a check and should include a bonus for your troubles they caused.
