Auctions still won't list -- say they are having "Faileds in Input Data". Check site specific data but i don't see anything wrong!
Will someone please tell me what I should do?

We are in the same boat...won't launch for me either...I have tried for the last two hours to edit/preview relaunch, reschedule..going to bed as I even checked my credit card at Ebay and it is fine..so its an AW problem. Hopefully it will be fixed so I can sell tomorrow...night all...

I'm glad I'm not alone but it is a little disappointing that a few months ago when I used this service it was great -- and FREE. Now that they are charging me I can't get an answer from them when I have a problem.
Not a really great way to start off with me!
Like you, I checked Ebay to be sure I didn't have a problem there, double-checked my id and password -- everything. But doesn't seem to be a problem on my end, at least not one that I can find.

Mine launched and should not have. 48 auctions I had to delete!
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Auctions are all about 2 people wanting 1 item. The trick is having it listed when the 2 bidders are looking.

I couldn't get an auction to launch either. Same message as other postings: I did all of the re-checking and nothing wrong. I haven't gone to eBay yet, but I did update my Visa with AW as it will be expiring in Sept. Thought that might be the problem, but it still won't list, so I don't think that's the problem either. PLEASE check into this and let us know what is going on! Thanks

I'm getting the same error this morning....something about checking site specific data. I've checked and rechecked everything. Where the heck is an AW person to address this problem???
I need to list NOW!

FOUND THE PROBLEM. Post your auctions with the payment option as other and manualy type who you use for the payment. It worked for my changed to other and typed paypal.

Yeah, I found the answer also. I read that you could just check the "other" box in payment options and didn't have to type in anythng else. That's how I changed all my auctions and they all showed on the eBay preview page. Please don't tell me that I have to undo all the launches and do them over for a third time.
Seems like every time I try to do listings, there is some problem with AW. I'm paying for a service to help me save time, and end up putting in twice the effort. Is this how it's going to be from now on?
And, by the way, someone could have posted the "fix" to this thread, instead of making me read every thread on the whole page to find it. And why do I have to keep doing "fixes" all the time? This is getting ridiculous.

I hear your problems. Why are we paying and not getting the service promised.

Thanks for your help.
I still don't know why someone at AW hasn't responded. This was just a test to see if I wanted to stick it out with these guys or go to someone else.
I guess the first few auctions I tried to list with their paid service made that decision for me!!! Problems and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone,
I apologize for the delay in my response. We are aware of the problem and currently we are working on a fix for it. For now, when you are listing, check the box next to 'other' and write in the field next to it 'see item description' or just leave it blank and your auctions should launch.

If you do not check anything, the auctions still will not launch! Is there an estimated time that Auctionwatch is going to be down?

auction wont launch, error message that
i need to set up my universal account
or update. Emailed AW, got two emails
did what they said. Still get message
can't update Universal because my
ebay user id is already in use on
Auctionwatch.com. DUH, yes it is in
use I have used it for over 1 1/2 on
AW and almost 3 years on eBAy. Now
can't get into relisting either. Getting
message saying can't relist, item not
owned. HUH, I owned them. Or please
go to Universal Registration and add
your user id. No go.
I like Auction Watch, gone thru the
ups and downs, but now after two days
of nolistings and no help from them
I am ready to give and go to cheaper listers.
Least they answer and fix problems.
This problem is Auction Watch. Fix it
Please.

Hi whynotll,
Your problem is a different one, as your ebay ID is missing from Universal Registration. Please email me at [email protected] your eBay ID and your email address associated with your eBay account, so that we can get it stored in your account again.
