Hi,
Here's a copy of what my WBN's & Ship Notices look like : "Thank you again for your bid and payment!! Your Gorgeous/Rare! 8 "CALIF SUNSET" JADE PLANTS!!, eBay item # 1266713851 " etc., etc.
The title also appears this way everytime I select the item from Control Panel, either to copy or relist it and it always gets rejected when I want to "save" or "schedule" so I have to go back and re-type the title all over again so there's no HTML showing.
It's been like this for a long time but I've just put off the inevitable frustration of having to explain a simple situation over and over to the staff there only to get an answer that makes it clear they #1: Aren't really even reading my message or, #2: They don't know how anything works because their remedy often addresses issues that are, at best, maybe remotely related to MY issues, but about which I have no concerns!!! Therefore, not fixing my problem.

Hello Biffette,
The bug you have outlined is indeed one that we have acknowledged and one which is engineering is aware of. We understand that this has been dragging for a while. Unfortunately the fix for this will be incorporated when the Ebay API system is fully integrated.
There is no workaround to this problem. We apologize if you feel that we have been ignoring this and for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Anna, I fail to see what eBay has to do with WBN's at all! How can they have anything whatsoever to do with my sending out a WBN through AW's PSM tools, containing information I have created and stored in my Inventory and Global Preferences ? I can sort of understand eBay screwing up titles if when an auction closes they must somehow send back to you it's info in order for you to display it in the "Closed" listings, rather than you generating the info from YOUR records.
But I don't understand how it happens with the WBN's. You'll have to explain that one, Thanks

Hi Biffette,
At times, certain characters are interpreted as HTML characters by eBay's system when your listing is submitted. This usually happens in the title of an auction. The introduction of the eBay API will help to fix this problem.
