When my last auctions ended the enod of auction emails went out automatically. I'm assuming that somehow that preference went back into effect. Now I can't find where it is to unselect it to make sure it doesn't happen again. Where is that located at? I have to make sure that tonights emails don't go out without my editing it.

Hello cabledogii,
In order disable the auto WBN feature:
1. click on the "My Account" tab
2. click on the "Post Sale Mgt Options" link
3. uncheck the first box for Auto WBN
4. click on the "save preferences" button at the bottom of the page.
Now for your active auctions, you can make sure that the WBN's for these are turned off by doing the following
1. click on the "active" link on the left hand side of the control panel page
2. select all of your active auctions by clicking on the "select all" button
3. click on the "set WBN" button
4. on the next page, make sure that the column for auto WBN says "off"
5. If some auctions say "on", check the box beside the item title of these auctions
6. click on the "on/off" icon

Thanks Anna.
Any idea how the auto WBN got turned on? I haven't used that since the first week of using AW, but it just suddenly started on it's own when my last auctions closed.
Also, is that set WBN button a new feature? I don't remember that ever being there.
The set WBN feature is a new one which we introduced about two weeks ago. With regards to how your WBN was turned on, I'm not sure how this happened. Are you creating your auctions through Auction Manager Pro? Could you have it set to go auto in Pro if you are using this system?

Yes I'm using pro, but I have been very careful in the past to make sure it wasn't sending auto. I lost some money in my earlier days because of this. It almost seems as though it set back to default somehow. Oh well, no biggie. I'll just keep my eye on it in case it happens again.
