If I sell and item and the seller is to remove the boat within 10-days of the end of the auction or a $25 per day fee will be charged, how do I select a shipping payment method and amount?

I'm sorry but I am not following your question here. Kindly provide us with more detail on what you are referring to? Are you saying that shipping is based on when the item is closed? If this is the case you will not be able to set your WBN to go out automatically as you will need to calculate your shipping cost when the auction closes.
