Can you tell me why it is taking 2 days for a Winning Bidder Notification email to be sent to my winning bidder. It's very embarassing when I've already shipped their package and the next day after I have notified them that their package has shipped, they get an email congratulating them on winning my auction. Come on AuctionWatch......get your act together. I keep reading on this message board how slow you are! Seems like you could fix the problem so you can keep your customers.

Hello jdwfamily,
In order to better investigate this problem, kindly provide us with
1. the aution item number
2. date when the auction closed
3. date when the WBN was sent out
We will them forward these to engineering as examples and this will help us look into this problem further.
