I use my own template for listing auctions. In my template I list payment options as well as s&h, where I want them to be placed. Must I use the "automatic insert" in order to qualify for the free listing? I don't really want to do that because it would be repetitive information and I like my template as is...I have no desire to start wasting my time playing around with my template to take out my own html options.

I guess what I want to know is if there is any other way for c2it and AW to recognize that I am using the c2it link in my auction listings?

TIA

Hi Ladyjane,

Unfortunately, for our system to recognize you as being eligible for the promotion you will need to check the insert payment options box.

Okay, Brian, thanks.

I will have to think about whether it's worth it to me. Since I plan on listing at Yahoo and not eBay, I suppose I can forego my Yahoo template for this month (and yes...I can use a template at Yahoo).

Are the payment links put at the bottom of the listing and are they intrusive, i.e., large?

One last question, because I am having a senior moment and can't remember the answer I got previously. When I attach an image to a Yahoo listing, this is not the same as uploading the image to Yahoo is it? And that means that the image does not show up in the Yahoo Gallery, right? If your answer is yes, then that means I will have to find out if uploading the image to Yahoo AFTER the auction starts, will then add my images to the gallery...I don't think so.

But if I don't list at Yahoo through AW, then the items will not link to my shop, right? I know...that was 2 more questions.

TIA

OOPS, sorry...one more question...I have checked the scale down images in my preferences, so using AW and attaching images will then make a thumbprint image that links to my large image which in turn will link to my store...right? Does the scale down image apply to all images in an ad?
