Hi Akirls,

It appears that you have not selected any available payment options in your auctions. Also, with some of the auctions in your pending section you have not selected a starting price either. Make sure you list available payment options and try to launch again.

i've almost given up. i have changed every field and i still receive the same error message. but it never highlights any fields to tell me where the errors are like other sites i've used. i launched many auctions here before the new format and never had a problem, i just can't figure it out, any other ideas? i can't even do an ebay preview. help.

Hi Akirls,

I didn't see an error on the auction in Pending Auctions, is this the one that was giving you the errors? If so, please resubmit the auction and if it errors out, save it in Pending with the errors and let me know so that I can check it out.

Hi akirls,

I see this error on your pending auction -- it is due to the fact that you have not selected a category for this auction.

If you are experiencing problems with entering the category number in the listing form, please try using the "on-screen keyboard" on your WebTV unit. The on-screen keyboard will allow you to operate your WebTV unit with your remote control.

To access the on-screen keyboard, first highlight the text or number field then hit the "go" button on your remote.

Hope this helps!

Callie

Hi Akirls,

It shouldn't default back to the old category if you are selecting a new one and saving it. Try choosing a category again, saving the pending listing, and then going back into it to see if the category has saved for you. Let me know if this does not help.

thank you so much sonya...it worked after i saved it!!! now, i'm having other issue. i launched the auction and can not find it on ebay. i search by the exact title as well as by browsing the 488 stroller section and it does not show up. i even signed out of ebay to refresh and nothing. however, when i search by seller, akirls it lists the item under my listing. but if no one can search for and find the item...? what's happening?

Hi Akirls,

Have you looked in your My eBay section? It usually takes eBay a couple hours to add new auctions to the search database.
