A few months ago there was a glitch in your system in which items relisted through AW Auction Manager were not getting the proper credit (that Ebay gives when a relisted item is sold the second time around). THAT WAS A MOUTHFUL!
OK, MY BASIC QUESTION IS: Has this problem been fixed? Can I rest assured that items I relist will get the proper Ebay credit that I deserve?

We have not been having any problems with this feature and getting credits for relists.

What about when you are relising an item that did sell but that you have filed and received NPB credit? When you relist thru auctionwatch it says it is a relaunch and not a relist.
