My WBN settings and other settings were reset to AW's original default. I did not change my settings. WBN have been sent to my bidders with AW's original default messages.

I have just "re-customized" my default WBN messages again and would like to send my "customized" WBN to my bidders. How do I RESEND the "customized" WBN to the same bidders who had already received the AW's original default messages???

Hi Catz,

You can send out the WBN again to your users via the post sale page. Select all of the items you wish you to send your revised notice to, and click on the WBN button across the toolbar on the top.

However, keep in mind that an auction saves the WBN information when it is created. Changing your defaults around will only carry over into new auctions, not already existant ones. If the WBN was saved with settings other than what you wish to send out now, you will need to click on the row of numbers after that item/s and manually edit the WBN before sending.
