I have 2 auctions in pending that I have made several attempts at relisting. Each attempt comes back with, Internal Processing failure. The data returned from the auction site (site ID =0001) was unexpected. Can you help me figure out how to move them from pending to getting them re-listed on e-bay? Cindy !!!!

Yeh, I have tried 3 times now to post new auctions and I get the same stupid error message. Maybe someone at AW will wake up, turn on the lights, make some coffee and take care of their customers.

Thanks for the post jafojeff. It saves me the frustration of having to try to do new lists. Now I can just be frustrated that I can't do any lists... EYYY !!!!

Hi imabride2b,
Are the two auctions in pending giving you the errors? If so, kindly resubmit them and then if they error out again, save them in pending with the errors on them and post here and let me know. This way I can see what has gone wrong with your relist.

Hi, yes they are the 2 pending. Here is what it says: Auction Manager is unable to re-submit one or more selected auctions. Possible reasons for this error are:
the listing is already scheduled to be launched
the listing has a pre-existing error state unrelated to availability of the auction venue
the listing does not contain complete data, or
the listing does not contain a valid template

Hi Imabride2b,
Have you used the new templates yet? I previewed the templates that you have saved, then started to resubmit the auctions you have in pending and it looks like they will now go through. Try to resubmit one more time, they should go through.
