I have tried to update my credit card info for 2 days.The card you have on file shows it has expired.I have a new expiration date on this card and have gone in 2 times to update it.I get the page that says card is updated but when I check it is still showing expired.My billing is on 9/6 so this needs to be taken care of imediately before I am shut off due to this problem!

Hi Mbryzip,
The system takes a day or two to update the credit card shown on your Online Statement. If you look in your Personal Information, you will see that it has indeed been updated successfully. If your credit card does not change as shown on your statement within the next couple days, please let us know.

My acct status was showing this morning it had been updated on 8/30 which according to my calender has been 5 days and it is still showing the wrong expiration date.My billing is on 9/6 so what will happen if the date is still not updated? I do not need a response telling me to wait a day or two, I have already given it 5 days before I responded.I need a definate answer on this.I have updated before and it took immediately.
