I've noticed that my Yahoo auctions counters through Auction Manager are showing a number much smaller than the pageview hits that show on Yahoo. The difference is something like 3 to 1 ration. Which is correct?

Hi Beinc,
If amounts displayed in the bids or hits columns in your Auction Manager control panel are not updated, click on the "select all" button located under the active, pending or closed section. From here try clicking the "refresh view" button at the top of the page, then wait 2 to 3 minutes and click it again. This will instigate our servers to update the information. If this does not work, please try holding the "shift" key on your keyboard and clicking the "refresh" or "reload" button on your browser's top toolbar.

Actually, this is caused by the way those counts are made. Yahoo counts every time the page is loaded, and the counter you're referring to only goes off when someone views the images. The major difference here is that a person viewing your page loads the images, an automated computer checking the page for information only loads the page.
Thus, if you want real human traffic to your page, you should use the counter value rather than the Yahoo page hit count value.
