I can not seem to make any correction once the auction has launched.
If I hit the revise button at the bottom of the listing - it only goes so far then won't display the next page. If I refresh it says that not all the information is there. I have not deleted any information - just tried to correct a spelling error or something like that.
It is the same when I use the ebay site map to make changes or correction by item number.
What can I do???

Also I noticed something on the WBN that I had not seen before. It said that my address would not be given out if they did not elect to mail the payment? But the address was there? I hate to ask a customer if they can see my address?
Thanks

Hi Ladyjewels2000,

Unfortunately, the only way to edit a live auction is to do it directly from eBay through the revise feature. If the complete page is not displaying when you use the revise form, then I would recommend that you contact eBay to inform them of this and see how you can correct your error.

Regarding the WBN, if you preview your WBN you will see that your address is in light grey underneath the payment options in Traditional methods (which are personal check and money order). Where are you seeing that your address will not be given out?

This is what I am talking about - and you can only see it if you are doing an edit in the checklist.

Mailing address on file ( edit address )
Mailing address will only be sent if Money Order or Check is accepted as a payment method

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So are you saying the if it's in light gray they can not see it? I have had people send me payment when they never filled out the form at all. In one case I never had any other emails to or from the buyer until a check showed up at my door. How did they get my address if not from the WBN? I have been assuming that the bidder had my address-could that have been wrong for almost a year???

As for the revised question - it is telling me that not all required information is there but everything is filled in - doesn't that have to be your form. I had this problem before but it went away when I started AWPro - now with the upgrade AWPro it is happening again. I'll ask ebay but I think I already know how much good that's going to do.

Thanks

Hi Ladyjewels2000,

Your winners will be able to see your address in light grey. If you want to see what they see, let me know your email address and I will send you a WBN. Some people don't like to use the WBN and will see your address and just go ahead and send you the payment.
