Hi, I'd like to know if it is possible to change how the text reads in the post sale shipment message. I can't type in how their item was shipped. It just states via and nothing else. Thanks, Brad (perky252)

Hi Brad,
If the WBN does not get completed by the buyer, then when you send out the shipment message it will say 'via' and have no shipping method next to it. If the WBN is completed, the shipment message will "grab" the shipping method and insert it in there. If you have the winner's information, you can go to your fullfilment checklist and enter it in the edit section of step 2 (which is WBN completion) and choose the shipping method.
