How do you file for a FVF refund from AW? Thanks.

Hello,

You may request a refund through our refund request form, available at this URL:

https://secure.auctionwatch.com/my/acct/request_refund.html

The URL can be found on our site by clicking the "Got questions about this statement?" link on your statement.


Just make sure that you use the reference number next to the final value fee for that item number, and not the one for the listing fee.
