Well today I got started my usual hour early, expecting to experience problems with your service - and I wasn't disappointed.
Today's problem:
I can't sync or upload images.
I am receiving this message:
Synchronization failed - Bad response from server
There is a problem with images synchronization.
Please go to www.AuctionWatch.com and check your images.
Half the time after I press the AuctionSync button I receive a message:
Invalid AW userid/ PW
I know my pw/id works since I can launch items from inventory, but I re-enter my info and it seems to try again and then I get the sync failed message again.
This is total crap!
I just signed up and received DSL just so I would not have problems auctionsyncing with AW. Don't say it is a problem with my DSL, since EVERY other web page and download I do works just great.
I use to receive this message and was told directly by Chris Barker in a phone conversation that the problem was due to: "you are on a dial-up, upgrade to DSL and you won't experience this error". So DSL finally became available in my area and does not seem to have solved my problem at all.
I postponed launching new auctions for the last 8 weeks waiting for my DSL to get installed. I have lost SERIOUS MONEY and TIME due to your service (or lack there of).
I feel completely deceived and have lost my last shred of respect for your company.
Do I actually think you will fix this problem for me?

Hi cdplanet,
Click on the details button, and let us know what that says when it fails.
happybear - I removed your post, it is unrelated to cdplanet's issue and we will address your concerns in the thread you have going in the Auction Manager Pro forum.

Hi cdplanet,
Since this is more of an ongoing issue with you trying to make this work on your end than any type of common errors users run into, I will forward your issue along.
We will escalate your information along to engineering and Chris Barker, and they will follow this up with you.
childsmercantile - I removed your post, if you are having trouble with something please start a new thread, and it has nothing to do with the issue at hand and should be addressed separately. Also, when I checked your account, there wasn't a single closed item in your active list.

Chris Barker and the engineering group will be in the office again tomorrow morning.
If you wanted, I would be happy to troubleshoot some more with you now, however I believe we have already tried everything we could in the past working on this issue and would be best off just escalating it at this time.
Well anything that you can suggest or try would always be helpful.
But now I am experiencing trouble launching auctions from inventory (online). Here is the message I am receiving:
Network error
Unable to read URL from host wsacp.auctionwatch.com: no response from server
It still launches my auctions, but I don't receive the correct confirmation screen. Also if I launched only some of the auctions then I have to go back and then figure it which ones launched and which ones didn't. I have tried both IE and Netscape and both deliver the same error message. I am only launching 10-15 items per time.
Any suggestions? Is this problem limited to only myself? I thought DSL would solve these type of errors also.
