None of my auction items will list. I've been trying all day, and the listings all come back with errors, but it doesn't say what the problems is. AuctionWatch just says that maybe it was launched and maybe it wasn't. Is there anyone who can help me? I'm wasting a lot of time here, and none of my auctions are getting posted.
I have ran into a few of these so far today, so I am unsure if they are valid messages or if there is a issue at eBay. The messaging coming back from eBay is asking that you place a credit card on file with them to continue listing items.
Go to eBay.com and click to sign into your account, then click to sell an item.
Randomly select any category, and after you do you will get this error message about creating a sellers account by placing a credit card on file with them.

Yes, I'm having those problems too. I tried to relist an auction today, and it asked me to set up a seller's account, which I obviously already have, since I've been selling things. Do you think the problem is on Ebay's end?
You were at eBay trying to relist, correct? If you are seeing this on eBay's end also, there really is nowhere else the error could stem from.
You may want to take a look at recent threads in their message center as well, there may be others reporting the same or information from eBay about the issue.
