I scheduled a launch at 7:15 PM and it is still processing at 7:54 PM. This seems to be a recurring flaw here.........

Hello,
We have not had many issues with processing times in a while, however engineering has noted the latency you mention seeing this evening and is monitoring the situation closely.
Leave your auctions in pending, and they will list, avoid clicking to 'launch now' when they are already processing - doing so could result in duplicate listings.

Chris,
Please understand my frustration and anger is not directed at you or at any of the customer support, but...
This latency has been happening for the last several months.
I have been waiting over an hour for my 75 auctions to post. AW NEEDS TO UPGRADE ITS SERVERS TO HANDLE PEAK TRAFFIC!
I complained repeatedly regarding this issue and was told it was a problem on Ebay's side. I just got off the phone with Ebay PowerSeller's support and they told me that any delay over a few minutes would be completely due to AW's service.
Does AW's management care at all about it's current customers?

It took 50 minutes tonight to launch 82 auctions. That is crazy. We schedule them for a reason. Please get your servers up to snuff. That is too long.
