I have had trouble trying to launch auctions for several days now. I have contacted customer service and as of yet no reply. I have read the threads and tried all proposed solutions,but I am still getting the same message:
HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error Date: Wed, 12 Sep 2001 15:59:06 GMT Server: Apache/1.3.12 (Unix) mod_perl/1.23 Connection: close Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log
Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem or if most of you are up and running like normal. Thanks

Hi Fanceyface31,
Kindly check with eBay to make sure that your account is up to date in terms of account balance. You may also want to go to Universal Registration and store your email for your ebay ID, as I checked there and noticed you do not have one stored. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks...I have added my email,honestly thought it was already listed. So I am now going to try again and see what happens. I will let ya know.

I tried to launch another auction...still recieved the same messge error as before. I tried to launch without checking billpoint and with...made no difference. I added my email as you suggestiona nd check my account balance with ebay...which is good standing. Any more advice on what to try next?
