Please help!!! I just set up an account and listed 2 items that are unable to launch due to an Internal Error Message. The error occurred at Wed. 12 Sept, 17:44, and I don't know why. Could you please look into it and let me know, soon. Thanks, Deb Cioffi

Hi Ciofficlan,

Please make sure that you have setup your eBay ID as a seller's account. Please log in to eBay using this URL to provide the necessary information:

http://cgi3.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?SellerSignIn

You should then be able to launch your auctions.

I am having the same problem. Been an AW and ebay member for years,but have only began selling again a few weeks ago. Havent had any problems until a few days ago. Thought it was only me....how many others are having this problem?
