When I attempt a revise (having adhered to criteria of not within 12 hrs of closing and no bids), I get the edit page - I change but one number and when on choose "continue", error message saying I didn't furnish all info.
All boxes are filled - I only changed one number from an existing auction - and I can't be the first this has happened to.
I was wondering if it is tied to the fact that we post the initial auction differently i.e. through AW using AW formats.
I don't suppose there is a "revise option" somewhere within AW that I missed?
Anyone have an answer to getting revisions posted (other than length of auction which can be changed another way.)
We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble revising your auction on eBay. No, you are not the only one to experience this problem and yes, it is related the manner that third party auction services launch to eBay.
There is no way to revise an eBay auction from our site -- once it is live all editing must be done at eBay.
Some workarounds are to try using an alternate browser or wait a full two minutes after clicking on continue before trying to click on anything else.
