I just launched four items in the "launch now" and the panel shows that it will be launched in 26m 10s. That is not "now". Is this broken too?

Hi Maybedee,

We haven't been having any problems with the launch feature. Make sure that you are hitting the Launch Now button and not the Schedule button. If this happens again, let us know.

Help-What am I doing wrong. The auction that I am listing is my first auction in my new user ID and this is what I get when I go to launch it.

HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error Date: Tue, 18 Sep 2001 00:48:45 GMT Server: Apache/1.3.12 (Unix) mod_perl/1.23 Connection: close Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1

Am I doing something wrong? I will be waiting to hear from you as I have about 7 more to do. Thanks

Hi Septembermom,

Before you sell on eBay, you'll need to open a seller's account for identification purposes.

Brian. I don't understand. I registered yesterday got a confirmation on my new user ID and I just went to ebay and in the Seller I entered my new email address and it came up my new user ID. I sent ebay customer support a email and I hope to hear back from them either tomorrow or the next day.

Hi Brian. I contacted eBay and they said everything is okay at their end. I am having the same problem tonight, with the same message. I tried listing the auction from yesterday and it was in processing about 45 minutes and then it switched to error. While that was still processing I listed another one and that one says error. What can I do? Thanks
