I am trying to set up a new account for a friend with auctionwatch. I use their service daily and have hundreds of auctions every month. I love it.
My friend saw the great benefits, but after signing up, I sign in. If I go to PENDING or CREATE A LISTING I get sent to 'Quick Start' and if I try to re-enter the name and email data, I get this message.
The following errors have occurred:
The user ID you have provided was already used by another AuctionWatch.com account. Please introduce other user ID and try again.

I am leanpocket here at auctionwatch and leanpocket on ebay.
I can copy a listing to PENDING from ACTIVE, but I cannot CREATE A LISTING nor access the pending. I get dumped to the 'quick start' panel. I am already signed in with you and you have all my data, such as name, address, credit card and all the paypal data. I can get to the auction manager, but only to import auctions for tracking. I cannot create them when I am here.
This is leanpocket again! Did you find anything? I have a ton of gear to get rid of and I want to start the listings with AuctionWatch, but I need some answers. I am sure that there is something easy that I am missing, but I still cannot list.
I am currently listing things one at a time on EBay and it is a real pain in the butt. It is slow and tedious. I signed on with AW to speed things up, but I cannot get past this hang-up. What can I do to speed this up?

Hi Leanpocket,
Try to go into Universal Registration and enter in your password and email address again for eBay. Then try to go through the quickstart process again.
