Is there a way to permanently select the option "will ship internationally" ? I have 20 auctions that I forgot to check this on and I have to go back in and change it. Which is a real pain. I have to first go in and unlaunch it and then edit it and then relaunch it. Please tell me there is an easier way!!!!

You can set your shipping preferences under My Account -> eBay Site Specifics. Please remember to save your preferences once set, and note that this will only apply to auctions that are created after this change is made.
