This is the second time this has happened to me. If you search for a thread called 48 auctions launched in error, you will find the last time.
I was in post sale unsold. checked the ones to relist. clicked relist button. The next screen comes up in RED letters. From what it says it leads me to believe it will no launch the auction. NEVER are you give the opportunity to schedule them. There is only one button to get out of there and it says continue (I Think) but it is the only button there...NO CANCEL button.
So now I have 24 auction that launched and should not have as I wanted them scheduled to SUNDAY not launched on Thursday!
PLEASE HELP.....Last time the rude billing department took forever to issue the $2.40 credit. I really do not want to go throw that again.

Hello richierich,
We are currently looking into this, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Please do feel free to request a refund for all auctions that were launched in error.

Diana,
Thanks for the offer of the refund. BUT I am NOT going to spent the time to fill out 24 refund request to get back $1.20. My time is worth more then that! Besides, it's promo month and it's a free listing anyway, right?
I decided to just let them run.
Do you guys know what I am talking about this time? If you need more info PLEASE let me know. There is a problem here and I will be happy to give you any info so you guys can get it fixed.

RichieRich- I had that problem also before I read the launching auctions at the bottom of the page. Did you set the Day and Time before you hit the schedule button. All I did was hit the schedule button and that time is set for now, you have to change the time.
Now I am not saying you did something wrong I am just trying to be helpful. Good Luck

It never gives you a schedule button. The RED page comes up. It list each item that you selected on previous page in RED and said This item can not be relisted because it already has been (which is not true). The only button there is continue.

Diana,
I know from past experience here at AW that shortly really has NO time frame. I have seen it take hours and I have seen it really never get done.
Can you please email me when it is fixed? I prefer to relist from there but since this has happened to me twice now I do not want to risk it again.
