I have looked all over and can not find the custom templates. where the heck are they?

In AuctionManager you can see the templates after clicking the 'create auction' tab and chosing an auction site.

Hope that helps, if not please let us know so a Customer Care Rep can give you better directions tomorrow when they are back in the office.
