I can not access the closed auction listings under Auction Manager. Everytime I try to go into the closed auctions under the display options in Auction Manager my browser seems to run into a "do loop" and it locks up my browser. I've tried using another browser and still run into "communication error" messages. Can anyone help or explain what the problem is?

Hello nymetsfan2,
I just accessed the closed auctions section of Auction Manager without receiving an error. Would you mind posting the error message that you are receiving? Also, please check your browser settings and be sure that javascript is enabled.

In Netscape, all I get is a little pop-up window that says, "A communications error occured. Please try again." In Explorer, the browser looks like it gets stuck going back and forth, nothing shows up on the screen. I can't even minimixe or close the browser at that point and have to go through task manager to end the task. How do I know if the javascript is enabled?

Hi Nymetsfan2,
I don't know if you have tried this already, but try quitting your browser and restarting it. Let me know which browser you are using so I can tell you how to check your javascript settings for that browser.

I'm using Internet Explorer 5.5 and also Netscape 4.7, neither is working. I'm not only having trouble viewing the closed auctions, but trouble doing just about anything with Auction Manager.
