Some of your winning bidder notifications are giving our customers the wrong impression. In all of our listings, done through auction manager pro in templates, we have chosen the third option for S&H fees and listed a shipping optioon of our choice. Apparently due to the way your templates were available in the past some of our listings show option #1 and #2 as available for $0.00 while the third option which we usually do as "USPS $4.00" is also there. Some of our customers are choosing the first option of $0.00 for shipping which we did not want as an option. In trying to edit these auctions we do not see any way to remove this unwanted option. Hi Intergalactic,
To remove this from your active auctions, click on the "active" link on the left hand side. Select the auctions you wish to change the shipping and handling options and hit "Set WBN". From there, you can select the auctions again and hit "Edit WBN" and just deselect the shipping options you do not want. I hope this helps!
