Dear AW tech support,
We experience problems with some of our auction listings when being launched. Here are the 5 different error messages we get. Please, explain the different cases so that we know how to proceed.

1. Auction Data Failure: The item "NEW! Spyder Java 2 in 1 Red Paintball gun" (0) has been blocked.

2.Unknown launch error. We were unable to verify the launch of your auction. It is possible that your auction did launch, so we suggest that you check the auction venue directly to verify before attempting another launch.

3. A problem has occurred at EBay. Please try again later.

4. Auction submission has failed for AuctionWatch ID 01awch00000000000032249636XX

5.Auction submission has failed for AuctionWatch ID 01awch00000000000032249389XX.

Thank you for your assistance!

Hi Alternativesports4less,

For the first auction, for some reason eBay is blocking the auction -- the best thing to do would be to review eBay's rules to make sure nothing that you have listed in the auction is in violation of their policy.

For the other four auctions, try to resubmit them. If they come back in error, kindly check your stored eBay information in Universal Registration to make sure it is entered in correctly. If your auctions still error out, make sure you have been properly verified as a seller on eBay and that your account is ok by logging directly into eBay, and trying to start an auction. Let me know if none of these solutions work for you.

Hello,
On Thursday, I scheduled 135 auctions
to appear on Ebay - they were scheduled
to start on Friday, September 21 at
intermittent times. Seventy of the
auctions appeared on Ebay as scheduled.
65 auctions did not appear, but remained
in "Pending" with the word error. When
I clicked on error it just went to the
auction as prepared with no indication of
any error. I have scheduled hundreds of
auctions in this manner and have never had
a problem. I would like these auctions to
start ASAP - Please let me know what the
problems is. George Schwartz - finemess

Hello again,
I sent an email 5 minutes ago regarding a
problem I have had with 65 of my auctions not
being listed, even though I scheduled them
for Friday, September 21. I clicked on error
again and it stated that my auctions did not
have any category listed. All of these
auctions had categories listed, and, in fact,
were all listed previously on several
occasions. For me to go over each of these
auctions and add a category again is
outrageous, considering the many hours of
work involved. The reason I save these
auctions is to eliminate this needless
repetition. Please help - I am going away
today for several days and would like to
have these 65 auctions launched.
Thank you, George - finemess

Hi George,

Did you launch these from Auction manager, or Auction Manager Pro? If they were from Pro, the categories will be updated on Monday so unfortunately the only way to get those auctions launched is to manually change them in Auction Manager.
