I've tried to launch an auction and I get the error message that I didn't select billpoint correctly...so I went back and selected billpoint again although it was selected the first time...I still get the error message, what am I doing wrong, I can't seem to get it. Thanks
I responded to your email on this topic as well. There is a problem with selecting Billpoint from your account currently, if you go directly to eBay and try to list an auction selecting Billpoint you will get the same error message as you are getting via AuctionWatch.
I checked eBay and there are no announcements about this issue, however you may have to pass on selecting Billpoint until they resolve this issue on their end. You may also want to drop an email to Billpoint/eBay customer service and see if they are aware of this issue, or if this is only effecting yourself.

Thank you, I'll try to uncheck billpoint and see if that works and I'll email them, thanks again for your prompt reply.
