I had four auctions end about a week ago and I promptly received copies of the WBN's that were sent out. However, tonight I was reviewing "my account" and the Post Sale Key for two of the auctions showed that WBN's had not been sent. Were the WBN's in question actually sent?? If so, why didn't they show up on the Post Sale Key??

You were able to verify this by checking the item number of the email you saw, and the actual items in your post sale area currently not showing the number one highlighted?
If you received your carbon copy, the buyer also received theirs - as with that option on one cannot send without the other.
If you have not received a reply, try manually submitting these two once more. Perhaps the system sent you only your copy in error, however we have not ran into any such error in the past.
