Very new with this. My first winner did not fill out her info through AW. She just sent me a Paypal. Is there any way for me to fill in her address and the rest of the info in the system? When I try to print an invoice, it does not show the shipping amount - I am assuming because she did not fill it out. Thanks for your help!
Yes, click on the PSM keys after that item in your closed section. Next to step number two, you can click to edit the response to include her information.
