Today had to do a great many uploads to AW. Found that the number of upload fields had been cut back to a maximum of 9 per upload. This did not help us any as we had complicated multi-pix items to put into AW. The shortage of fields really cost us time; about twice as much as usual. What gives? Is there something we could do to get more fields so we could upload the more complex things all at once instead of doing 2 or 3 separate tries. Need help on this, Thanks, Dale and Joan
Users were reporting having trouble with the upload fields when using uploading a larger number at a time. Engineering removed the option to do so, untill this error could be corrected.
As soon as we have an update on this issue, we will post back to this or the most recent thread on the topic.
