I have e-mail customer support on this many times and have never received a reply. How does one handel a Dutch Auction with several bidders. I find that I sell a lot more with a Dutch, but I can't keep track of the bidders. It see it as a non bidding closed auction. Any ideas????

Hello,

The post sale management does not support Dutch auctions.
You will need to do your post sale transactions for Dutch auctions outside of AuctionWatch.

Thank you for answering my question, at last.
I sort of had this figured out, but tell me, does AW ever plan on supporting a Dutch Auction?
Thanks,

Hello,

FYI - make sure you are writing in to [email protected] - We are not behind in messages and unless you wrote in later than 11pm last night it should have already seen a reply.

We do not have plans currently to support Dutch auctions in the Post Sale section.

AW should "really" think about doing something with post sale, with dutch auctions, it is a big inconvenience to run dutch auctions, and PAY you a fee for the auction, listing and fvf, and then WE have to send out the emails to our buyers. You want to raise our fee's, and in six months, you will raise them again, and we still do not have a system with you to support dutch auctions, or combining auctions that have been won buy the same bidder. I do not mind paying more in fee's to have this kind of SERVICE from you. Just letting you know, you can pass it on, as I am sure their are alot of other sellers who agree with me. Thank you Terrilee

"We do not have plans currently to support Dutch auctions in the Post Sale section."

So, all of a sudden Dutch auction support is considered unimportant and will not be considered as a viable addition to Post Sale Management. Interesting how AW continues to disregard key changes that their members continue to request.

I have always been told that dutch auctions would be coming but you don't have an eta. Now you say they won't be coming. So which way is it?

I have being asking for dutch auction support since it went to pay for service. Also plead for e motor bulk listing, shopping carts for storefronts. Much less sales tax line by state on the invoices.
It's coming. It's coming! It's coming?

The other question, Do I need to go to "auctionworks?"
