I recently joined AW and somehow I have triggered automatic WBN to go out to all winning bidders. I do NOT want to do this and have unchecked every box I know to in order to change preferences. Could someone please help me. Thanks in advance for your reply. Dave ([email protected])

Hi Ninethring,
I checked your account and saw that you turned off the auto-WBN but some of the auto-WBNs are on for a portion of your active auctions. To turn them off, click on the Active link in the Display Options menu to the left. From there, select all of your active auctions and hit "Set WBN". On this page, you will see that on the right hand side is an on/off column for the auto-WBN. Select the ones that say "On" and hit the on/off button to turn off the auto-WBN.
