Hello,

Fanceyface31 - I think the one item that you were having trouble with was a relist correct? It seems that eBay will not accept a change you made to it from the original as a copy of that same listing with preview without error.

cococgld - You already rescheduled your items, and previewing a seperate listing worked without error so you may be running into something similair. If those items that do fail are relists and you edited some data before relisting eBay may be rejecting them based on what was changed. Let us know if they come back in error, so we can check them before you schedule to list again.

catbox - You to rescheduled your items already, so I cannot see what the error was. Given that there are three of you that had such similair problems, and none of them are happening currently, there may have simply been a short outage at eBay.

Unfortunately, it is not just relists that are getting errors. I have a new auction that I have tried to list 3 times and still get the same error message:

Internal Processing Failure. The data returned from the auction site (site ID = [email protected]) was unexpected.

I am also getting it with relists that I have NOT made any changes to; and also with some that I have only changed either one word in the title or the duration of the auction. I just kept relaunching them until they eventually went (sometimes taking up to 3Xs).

I was under the impression that if the auction errored-out with the 'unexpected' message, that ebay was possibly have problems(?)

Hello,

This may be on eBays end. We are looking into the issue, and will post when we know anything new.

If you view eBays announcements board, they did just have an outage a little bit ago, but havent posted yet that it started up again : http://www2.ebay.com/aw/announce.shtml

Hi,

Wait until you can preview your eBay listings again, when they preview without error they will launch without error as well.

One went through a bit ago, now I have 4 with error messages and more scheduled so I expect they will do the same thing.

How long should we wait?

Let me guess, as long as we have to...

I have had the same error message on all but one of my auctions due to launch tonight, this is so frustrating. I pre-schedule for a particular date and time, and this is the third time in a couple of weeks that this has happened. Surely something can be done, it must affect a lot of people!!

I am also getting this message when trying to lauch a new lisiting:

The following message was returned from the scheduler while attempting to list your auction:

Internal Processing Failure. The data returned from the auction site (site ID = twinacres) was unexpected.

Please contact AuctionWatch and provide specific details regarding the conditions which lead to this error.

If this error message does not provide enough information regarding the source of the auction error, you may preview the auction insertion. Otherwise you may edit the auction information or attempt to schedule the auction again.

Well... what is going on.... I have some auctions scheduled and cannot get them launched??

Just adding my two cents. I'm also having problems. Funny how every time Auctionwatch changes its fee schedule, problems seem to occur.
