I had 2 emails this morning reguarding auction #'s 1013802605 and 1014285881 saying the description is not there.I looked at both and no text exist.The text was there on both previously.I have over 200 auctions listed there is no way I can ytake the time to check each and every one,Will someone please check on this I have already lost enough money on AW due to errors.PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP AND GET BACK TO ME

I have some default text still missing in some of my auctions. Script error message is also still popping up-this is very annoying to me and I am sure it is to anyone that view my auctions. What is being done? When will this be taken care of?

Is anyone bothering to check on this? Or do we need to wait till it affects everyone.I would like to here something from customer service reguarding this. The text was back for short time know it is missing again on the 2 in earlier post.I have not had time to check all of them.Either fix the auctions or cancel the ones effected and issue me credit due.

Am I posting in the correct place? I posted a problem 6 hours ago and still no reply.It would be nice to have some customer service or is aw closed today.I need some answers.I do not need to be ignored.Looks like aw does not care if they loose another paying customer.

I just pulled up both on web tv and on computer and all I see is a black template with pic of lighter and power seller logo.I have had 3 emails so far this morning from others who can not view the pic also.
This could be a browser issue, what browser are you using on your computer? (not webtv)
Can you highlight the area where the text should be and are you able to see the text when you do that? What is probably happening is your browser is reading the text as being black so it blends in with the background color.

The text on the auctions were visible last night,I recd an email this morning abought the text ,I looked at it and it was gone.I checked later and it was there I recd 2 other emails and went back and it was gone again.I have used this same template since it came out and never had this problem.So I guess what you are saying is I need to let everyone on ebay know they need to set there browsers on certan settings to view this auction? But this will not work since they can not see it anyway.If you are going to use a template looks like it should be able to bee seen.This problem is coming and going,When text is not visible the boxes in corner of template are gone when the text shows the boxes in left corner show.THis would lead to to believe the template may be corrupted.Browser settings will do nothing for this.To answer your question I am using ie 6.0 the same browser that viewed the text last night .When text is gone you can't highlight .One is a new listing the other one is one that has been relisted several times with same template and has always worked to the best of my knoledge
