I am having trouble launching 2 relists. First of all I thought we were told a long time ago that the default shipping in seller preferences would be over ridden by a different cost placed on the listing in AMPro. This has never happened in my listings. Now it says: Contradictory shipping terms.Contradictory shipping terms specified. I went to both places and changed them to $16 even though that is not the average $3.50 shipping I need in the default, and it still will not go through.

The other one claims: Item not found.
Item '589105073' is invalid or no longer in our database. Even though the item is in pending, complete with photo and it is in inventory.

I don't know what else to do to get them to launch.

Hi Larrkpoodle,

You will need to change the shipping terms to how they were in the original auction. It will say contradictory shipping terms until it matches with the previous listing. The 2nd item is no longer in eBay's database so it is not eligible to relist. You will need to create a new auction for that item.

I have the same problem with the Tiffany. I cannot get it to launch after changing all the shipping locations to match. Why on earth we have three locations to change and none come through on the WBN is beyond my understanding anyway.

When I launch it says it has been successful and this message:

This pending auction is no longer in error state - some of the auction information has been modified or the auction has been rescheduled.

Then when pending is refreshed I again get this message:

The following message was returned from the scheduler while attempting to list your auction:

Contradictory shipping terms.
Contradictory shipping terms specified

What can I do to get this one out of pending?

Hi Larrkpoodle,

Your auction will launch if you change the shipping preferences back to what they originally were when the auction first launched. Let me know if you continue to have trouble.

That is the same form letter I got the first time and I emailed that I had changed them to the amounts in AWPro copy. I also stated above that I had changed them. Is there yet another place we must put custom shipping? That is not the right answer it still won't launch.

Hi Larrkpoodle,

I am sorry I do not have your email here, which is why I posted that if you change it back to the original it should launch. Custom shipping can be placed within the auction when you are creating it, but will only apply if you are not sending the WBNs automatically. Which auctions are you trying to get relisted?

The only Tiffany in pending.

Where do you place shipping so it will show up on the WBN if not in the AWPro shipping window that says WBN will not be sent unless a shipping cost is completed. Why would I complete it if it will only be included if I don't send a notice? That seems very backwards to me.

Hi Larrkpoodle,

What is the original auction ID number for your Tiffany auction? If you can remember it please post it here.
