"What refund do I qualify for if I have an auction that closes with a non paying bidder?
AuctionWatch will reimburse Final Value Fees for any auctions that have been qualified as a non-paying bidder auction by eBay. You will need to submit eBay's notification of your refund and then fill out the refund request form. Please find the link to the refund request form at the bottom of this page."

I'll be danged if I can find that form...can someone post the url?
