Hello...I posted yesterday, but no one answered.....my WBN's from last night did not go out, tried to send them out manually, keep getting message...fatal error, try again later!...How much later??? Can someone please answer me? I tried several times today with the same error...my buyers are going to think I am not contacting them...Do I have to send manual emails now? Then post sale won't do much good, will it? Does anyone work weekends now????

Is this just a problem with my account? I don't see any one else complaining of this problem....they still will not go out!....

Hello Atomaset,

Did you change your e-mail address recently? At times when there is a change in e-mail address and this has not been verified, the WBN's do not go out. Also, how many closed auctions do you have saved in your control panel. I used to encounter this problem before and it was related to having a large amount of auctions saved in this section.

But do wait for sonya to get back to you, I'm sure they're checking on your account.

Anna, I did not change my email, but actually asked for help to set up a 2nd account on another thread. I did as instructed, and was told I would get an email instructing my how to download a 2nd version of AMPro, but that email never came. Anyway, since you brought it up, I did some searching, and my email address for some reason (this is on my old account, that was not messed with, I think), now had a (.)dot after the @ sign. I took it out, reconfirmed via email, and was able to force my wbn's that would not go before. Now I have auctions ending tonight, so we will see if that was it, and they go out. Thanks so much for your help!!!!!
