The track auction function IS NOT WORKING . When I try to track new auctions it shows no new ones to track PLEASE HELP

Hi Jewljack,

We are aware of the problems with the track auction feature. I believe it still works when entering in the item number. We are still investigating the cause of this and should have it resolved shortly.

It has been almost a week now and the mass auction track system still not working
