The "Shipping Status to Buyer" is NOT Working! I tried doing 3 at once but no luck. So I decided to do one at a time. First one went out but can't do the rest one at a time or together. I thought this service was supposed to make things easier, not more difficult. I guess I'll have to do the emails the old fashioned way. Darn!

I found a temporary work around. I can access the "Shipping Status to Buyer" preview page and use copy/paste into my Outlook new email and do it that way.

I had the same problem yesterday. Just received an e-mail from a buyer who wrote....... How come I got FIVE of these notices ?????.......

OOPS!

The shipment status box is still unchecked.

When I tried, my little communication indicator lights for the internet connection blinked a couple times and everything stalled out when I told the AW system to send the shipment email. All other pages worked fine. After trying several times, I went back to see if it had been checked off and it was not. Maybe it did go through and I'll get emails from bidders about why they got multiple emails. I'll tell them the truth. That AW was having technical difficulties AGAIN and they messed it up but that I'm investigating other methods of auction management. I found one I might like but I need to do more research to be sure.

None of the send email options are working for me. No matter which one I try, be it shipment sent nor payment reminder I always get user email address unknown.

Totally bogus!!

Hi All,

This problem is related to Hotmail users. If you or your customers are using the Hotmail service you will not be able to send the notices. Apparently there are some conflicts between AuctionWatch and Hotmail that are being investigated and that should be resolved shortly.

Going on day TWO of these problems...I dont understand how things were smooth as silk two days ago and all of a sudden we cant do anything. Hotmail has never been an issue before with AW...We know you are "WORKING ON IT" ...but any idea how long you will be "WORKING ON IT"

Same Problem here with both Shipping status and WBNs using the BULK function - also im wondering if there are any issues with wbns going to AOL users as most of my aol people arent responding to the links in wbns ?

It is a problem at hotmail...And AOL? It is expanding.
