I was in PSM, clicking of individual items to a Fulfillment Checklist when I clicked on "print packaging slip" for someone who won an eBay auction this past weekend.
A screen that I had never seen before popped up and presented a formatted invoice, with a dropdown box that had "Shipping Label/Invoice combo" as an option. I clicked the "Print" button just to see what it was.
This is completely different from any of the invoices I have ever printed in the past - primarily because the formatting as produced by my printer is way off.
AW - when you get up on the west coast - could you please tell me what's going on? And how can I get "back" to the invoices I printed previously.
That format for printing out the invoice has been in place for a while now, since the redesign of post sale. It is designed so that you can print out the packing slip alone, the label alone, or both, and change the dimensions if you like. If you do not like printing them that way, you are more than welcome to print from the fulfillment checklist.

The newer "unwanted" invoice you refer to is appearing under the Fulfillment checklist.
The old invoice is not available to print. Please return that function asap.
