Hi Labrat4gmos,
Is this happening on a relist you are doing through AW, or on an active auction that is already on eBay? Please outline the steps you take and let me know the point in the procedure where you begin to have trouble so that we can investigate.
I get through the revision section, change the title and hit continue at the bottom.
The next page, because it is concerning movies says something about copyright in red.
I can scroll down to see what changes have been made but the page never is completed. I can only go backwards, not forwards. Sometimes I get a few more sentences then the time before but there is never any button to continue on.
This doesn't have to do with copyright.
A few times, and just tonight I get another kind of page. After doing the revision, I hit the continue button and get a white page with the colored Ebay logo and only a <area
in the upper right hand corner. No revised section to scroll down...just white.

Try cleaning out your internet files and history. I have this problem too and with windows 98 I just go to My Computer - Control Panel - Internet Options - Temporary Internet Files - Hit delete and then clear your history and see if that will solve your problem.

I've had this same problem in the past but for some reason never thought it was a AW problem. Posted the scenario on an eBay message board and received some suggestions from other eBayers but nothing official from eBay, as far as I can remember. Anyway, my workaround was to use IE whenever I needed to do revisions. Specifically, I'm using IE 5.5 on a Mac at home. Feel real confident now 'cuz the Mac never gets "hung" up anymore use to crash during, "images loading..." BTW, my Netscape version is 4.7 and I actually like that browser better... but I avoid it when revising auction listings. Oh, one more thing, for some reason when using the PC version of Netscape 4.7 at work... NO PROBLEMS REVISING LISTINGS. Can't figure it out. But, I'm glad I got a workaround.
Is Auction Manager perhaps optimized for IE or something?

Clearing the cache etc. never improves the situation because mine is cleared each day and never made a difference. When a white screen comes up go back one click, when the other "This Page Cannot be Displayed" screen comes up click back twice. Then all you can do is wait. Work on something else on another screen or bring up other screens to revise other auctions and leave them all open. Eventually, when you keep checking they will go through one by one. Sometimes it helps to open another internet screen and search or something, then go back to one of the revisions and try to click out. It may take hours, but they will all eventually go through. I don't remember it ever being any different.
