I've been getting a RASH of people who are emailing me requesting shipping information to complete the transaction. I have the automatic WNB set up and for me it works just fine for the most part. Almost always, they get sent out. Last night, however, IT WAS A TRICK!! The little box turned blue, but I don't think the WBN's were sent out. In the past, I chalked up people emailing me asking for the shipping information to either they thought it was something else and deleted it or didn't understand what it was and ignored it. But this time, I think A LOT of my WBN's just NEVER reached my customers!! So can you please tell me why my little square turned blue when the notices were never sent?

Same problem here. I had to go into every auction preview notice and then click send and they seemed to send that way.

Hi Toyspast,

Did you receive the copies of the WBNs, as indicated in your preferences? I checked your closed auctions, and noticed that you did get some responses from your customers.

Hi, Sonja:

I looked back at how many copies I got, and it looks as though I got about 5 out of the 10 that should have been sent. Sometimes I don't pay much attention because there are so MANY automatic notices received between listing confirmations, end of auction confirmations and WBN copies. I usually just go in and delete everything.

Yes, I did get some responses, but just about as many have emailed me for the information or have gotten indignent when I have told them I "already sent" them notification. Am I supposed to take the time to match up every copy I get with what is sent? Sometimes I have as many as 30 WBNs going out. I really don't have the time to figure out if one was sent or not. I rely on the fact that my little box has turned blue. That's SUPPOSED to mean that the email has been sent. Please make sure to tell the technicians to work on this.

I am having the same problem. I did not receive any of my copies of the WBN but the box is blue. I did get one response so one customer got a WBN but not sure everyone did.

I did a "One-Click-Send" to another customer and I did receive a copy of that one, however I'm not sure if the customer was just sent their second copy.

Also, I just sent "reminder WBNs" and did not receive a copy on any of those so not sure if customers got the notice.
