I am unable to print the packing slip. It was working fine until this morning. Now it brings up a page only nothing is there, the browser will not connect to the page with information. When I do it through my aol browser it works, but when I go in through Netscape, which is how I usually print them it will not retrive the data.

Hi Cococgld,
Are you trying to print the packing slip from the fulfillment checklist, or from the Post Sale link on the left hand side?

I am trying to print from the place where it says Print packing slip on the fullfillment checklist page. All I get is Please wait while retrieving data... If the page is not automatically refreshed within 10 seconds, please click here.
Nothing more will open when trying to go in thru my Netcape 6 browser.

Hi Cocogld,
Engineering is working on this issue right now -- I will let you know as soon as it has been fixed. For now, what you can do is right-click on the "Print packing slip" text and choose "Open in New Window" and the old style packing slip will appear in a new window.

AW will not print packing list. I guess that this is the problem of the week. A new window opens and it sits and does nothing. Once in a while, I get a 'click here if this takes longer than five seconds to load' and it sits and sits and sits, then just maybe if I am lucky, the packing slip page shows up. If the PRINT or CANCEL buttons show, I am even more lucky.
Our rates go up in proportion to the number of problems AW has.
By the way, thanks for finally fixing the hotmail/AW mail connect.

Same problem here. All day it came up in a second window. Now it's completely bizarre--can't even use it.

Same problem but I'm getting the second window come up and it works fine, but it's a pain since you can't just click "back" to go back to Control Panel, you have to close the 2nd window and then click "back" on the original window.
Thought it was my browser, checked and couldn't find anything, checked here and see I'm not alone.

Hi LuskDeals,
Are you able to get the old packing slip from the fulfillment checklist, or the new packing slip version from post sale express? Let me know which method you are trying and what browser you are using (and the version) if you cannot print out the packing slip.

I'm clicking on the PRINT PACKAGING SLIP link on the fullfillment checklist. I am using IE 5.5. I can print, but it is popping up in a new window. When will that be fixed?

Hi Jeff,
Actually, it is supposed to open up in a new window. Let me know if you have any other problems with the packing slip.

Sonya,
Since when? Is this a new feature? Why? It takes longer to open a new window.
When was this change made and why?

Hi Jeff,
Ever since we released the 'Post Sale Express' a while back it has since been like this.
Perhaps some browser react differently, but you should see another window open with only the packing slip within.

That can't be right. I use IE5.5 and it has come in the same window until a few days ago. I'm talking about the link in the Fulfillment Checklist. I use it everyday. It just changed this week. It sucks.

Sorry Christopher, but you're wrong, or you just don't understand what we're all telling you.
Post Sale Express was released - what - a couple of months ago - at least? This "new window opening and everyone having problems with it has only started a few days ago!!
Let's get this right, as it IS a pain and apparently some people can't even get it to come up at all!

Hello,
If you are using the set of Post Sale Management keys that is found in Closed Auctions, that is where the change has been made. Previously when you clicked on the print packing slip link, it would open in the same window and you would have to hit the Back button after you finished printing and then refresh your screen. To eliminate this step, now when you click on the print packing slip link, your screen automatically refreshes and the packing slip link opens in a new window. This way you can just click out of the extra window, and no longer have to hit the back button or refresh any screens. This was designed to eliminate any extra steps that you might have to take that may slow down the post sale process.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
