We are trying to launch auctions and keep getting an error message in the pending section. When you click on details it says that the data base failed and to contact customer support. Please help!!! We need to list auctions.
Thank you,

Folks I just launched 6 auctions and got the same error, but my error code is 1000, but when I checked in on Ebay, the auctions are there and running! So it must just be on the Auctionwatch site. Maybe this will help.... Bigdadu

I also have auctions in pending that have the error message, 1422. But they did launch and are on my ebay page...so now how will I be able to move them to closed auctions after 5 days or more to the point..how is aw going to move them to closed?
Thanks in advance!

Hi All,
We are still working on this problem. Has anyone tried to track the auctions that have launched correctly? Try to delete the pending auction that has failed and then use the Track Feature to bring it into your Active Listing. Meanwhile, we will continue to research this problem.

We just realized that ALL of the error 1422 auctions that we tried to relist earlier today HAVE BEEN LISTING ONTO EBAY EVEN THOUGH AUCTIONWATCHPRO HAS NOT ADDED THEM ON TO OUR ACTIVE AUCTIONS LIST!!! That means we had some aucitons relist 5 times in error as AW gave us error messages saying UNABLE TO LAUNCH while also NOT showing them on our active auction tally....at the same time, they WERE being launched preoperly on eBay without ANY indication of that to us by AW.... Thus we just canceled out 41 duplicate auctions on ebay totalling $141 in ebay fees..... please confirm how we get a refund for that (never mind our 2 wasted hours getting handle and canceling all the duplicates!!!

Hi All,
Please be advised that the database error message you are getting is what we receive from eBay, not something we are generating. AuctionWatch is merely relaying the message from eBay.
We are still monitoring this and working with eBay to get this resolved.

WE ARE HAVING SIMILAR PROBLEMS. WE KEEP GETTING AUCTIONS REFUSED BECAUSE IT SAYS WE HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT RESERVE PRICE. THESE AUCTIONS ARE ALL "NO RESERVE" AUCTIONS!!
I HAVE POSTED AUCTIONS TO YAHOO AND AMAZON AND KEEP GETTING THEM RETURNED FOR THE ABOVE REASON!!

WE HAVEN'T HAD AN AUCTION LAUNCH SUCCESSFULLY ALL DAY SO WE CAN'T TRY TO TRACE ONE!!
