Is there anyway to tell the number of days an auction is going to run on a relist without editing. I sometimes do short auctions and if I must relist I don't want to run them as short. Are we ever going to get the price change on relist without the edit. I am thinking seriously about doing all of my relist without Auctionwatch as it is more time consuming then starting from square one. You said you would check on this months ago??? Anyway this will ever happen???
If you are unsure what the number of days was you originally listed your item for, which is exactly how many days your item will relist for if you do not edit, simply click on the title of that item just before from your closed section.
That will open a new window to that original listing, which will show you the number of days you launched that auction for. If this is the same number of days you would like to list your item at again, simply relist it without editing. If however you wanted to change the number of days (or anything else from how it was set originally) you will need to click to edit the item and save that change before you resubmit that item.

This question was asked a few months ago: could the number of days the auction was originally set to run, be put in the line item to appear after you check off to relist and get the list of items to relist? Back then, the response was that AW would look into it. I know we can't have everything showing on the relist page, but personally, does anyone out there REALLY care at this point as to whether they have the 'new template'? I mean, the template change-over was months ago. I would like to think that everyone that had to change over their templates would have done so by now. So we could eliminate that 'slot' and put in the # of days the auction is set to run.
I relist at least 75-100 items a week. If I had to click on each item title before checking off each item to relist, it would take me just as long as clicking on 'edit' after I got to my relist page. The auction duration is pretty much the only thing I may change. Some nights AW is just so slow to load that I finally gave up and just 'roulette' relisted- whenever they ended they ended- pretty pathetic.
At this point, I am now using My eBay page and I click back and forth between it and my closed auctions in AW to speed it up. But it still defeats the purpose of supposedly the 'fast' relist of AW.
