I know that this has been requested in the past (although I don't remember by whom):
Could you >>please<< figure out some way of indicating that the response to a WBN has included comments - which are sometimes crucial to our business?
I mean:
o You placed the field in the form - so someone on the design team had some one code it
o You have to have some way of detecting that it is not null - as a programming matter, this can't be hard
o You have full control of the activity of the "blue lights" in the PSM form - so you could come up with something (say, green) to indicate that there is information in the field.
Thanks for letting me rant on this. As you might have guessed, some folks have taken me to task for not responding to the notes they left.
But then again, I didn't sit and look carefully through 35 responses from this past weekend's auctions...
